Is the subscription billed per user, per owner, or per business?
Subscriptions are billed per business entity. A single account can manage multiple business profiles, and each profile is billed independently based on its selected plan.
Can I collaborate with my accountant or bookkeeper?
Yes. You can easily invite your accountant or bookkeeper to your QuaiMax workspace. They will be granted secure, role-based access to your financial records using their own QuaiMax account.
How do I purchase additional AI credits?
You can purchase prepaid AI top-up credits at any time by navigating to Settings > Billing & Subscription > Usage. Once purchased, additional credits will apply automatically whenever your monthly plan limits are exceeded.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your business settings. Once canceled, you will retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable.
